At Nanessence Afrocentric Hair Accessories, each piece is carefully crafted and packaged with love. Please allow 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Note because each piece is hand made expect slight variations.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options:
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (domestic)
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Same-Day Local Delivery: Available within 10 miles of Houston, TX 77054, subject to processing times.
Product Availability.
• Shipping Fees:
• Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the USA.
• International orders over $50 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $10 (USD)
• All international deliveries are subject to VAT, duties, and customs fees based on the destination country.
• Tracking: Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has shipped.
• Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs inspections.
Custom Orders
• We welcome custom and personalized fashion orders (e.g., bespoke clothing, handmade accessories, cultural items).
• Full payment is required prior to production.
• Processing Time: 7–14 business days depending on the design.
• No Refunds or Exchanges on custom or personalized items once order is confirmed.
